Christina has a deep understanding of culture and change, accumulated over 32 years in the corporate world in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom and the United States.

 

She has developed a practical and realistic approach to change that is seamlessly integrated with the issues and activity the organisation is currently dealing with. She is recognised as a culture and change thought leader for speaking, lecturing and media interviews.

 

Christina was a Partner in IBM Global Consulting Services, leading a large Organisational Change Consulting practice. Previous roles include Director for Change Consulting (Price Waterhouse Coopers Consulting) and Culture Change Consultant and Program Manager (Corporate Vision - a culture change specialist organisation).

 

Christina has an Associate Diploma in Business Administration and a Masters of Applied Science. Further study of complex strategic change at Harvard Business School led to a PhD thesis on culture change (currently under examination at University of Western Sydney, Australia).

As the result of a recent post-project assessment I realised that I had implemented a significant change to long-term organisational practices and habits in a 12-month time frame with minimal resources.

 

That experience and the completion of my PhD thesis pinpointed exactly what was hampering so many successful change projects. It also identified what needed to change so that organisations could develop new habits and behaviours to deliver more of the expected benefits of major transformation projects … immediately and in the future.

 

On Purpose Consulting provides me with the opportunity to work with more organisations, in many more locations.

 

As a consultant, I can deliver governance programs and change leadership to implement an effective and sustainable internal change practice within the context of a relatively short, defined time scale and with a minimal allocation of resource and expenditure.

 

On Purpose Consulting leverages the knowledge and practices I’ve developed to work with more organisations with shorter turnaround times.
